| Showtime OR Orbit |
I'm working on my room and now that I got the TV and the entertainment system I need to get hooked up with a form of satellite entertainment! So which one should I get, Showtime or Orbit?
Showtime: KD19.500 with every channel they offer and ART! This has more channels than Orbit. (KD17.990 with just Showtime alone and no ART)
Orbit: KD12.500 With all their channels, and Arabsat! Has my favorite channel (America Plus) since it gets all the new shows better than Showtime! (KD 15.000 one time payment for the Phillips decoder!)
What should I do? What should I get? Help me people! :oP

i'm going through the same dilemma... orbit has america plus yet show time and paramount... which way to go?
america plus has sopranos, west wing, and more! still confused

My opinion...Showtime. Although their service does suck, but they have a better selection of shows and programs.

no comparrison. showtime for sure, they have a ton of shows and movies, easily double then that of orbit, orbit don't have many thats why they are cheaper. plus isnt orbit going out of business?
CSI, CSI MIAMI, Grounded for life, that 70s show, arrested development, Seinfeld, simpsons, American Chopper, Hot Rod, Rides, and tons and tons more... showtime is way better for comedy and CSI fans.
i was signed up to both showtime and orbit, i wasnt watching orbit that much so i cancelled. sure i miss sopranos but CSI is wayyyy better.

I am all about Orbit. I dont watch much Showtime since most of the shows I have seen before already. I like their Discovery line up.
Orbit gives me the shows I enjoy more with and with ESPN and a bunch of news channels and CNBC. I dont think I can live without my CNBC.

erm... most of the stuff u guys listed on showtime are re-runs.... they have vegas on orbit... not sure about CSI

rampurple none of the stuff i mentioned are reruns (except for seinfeld). and you wouldn't know anyway since you don't have showtime.

also they dont have CSI on orbit, not Las Vegas nor Miami.
