Office Quiz 3 |
According to the "What Kind of Worker Are You?" test I'm a workaholic! I think I'm a hard worked when given something to do but I don't really see myself as someone who tries to find things to do! I'm my own DJ since I listen to my iPod during work but this quiz seems to want people to listen to the radio! Oh well!
| You scored as Workaholic. You probably contribute greatly to the success of GlaxoSmithKline with your consumption of TUMS. Give yourself a break and excel in some other area of your life, like, say, pool lounger extraordinaire or executive radio listener (I recommend www.987thepeak.com STREAMING, YAY).

Office Quiz 2 |
This test is called, "What Office Personality Are You?" I can't disagree with it! ;)
| You scored as Cool Guy. Dammit, you're just so cool that everybody wants to be you. You're always doing things like creating new slang or coming up with new nicknames that stick. God, I mean, you're like, the smoothest. The straightest guys are almost tempted to go totally gay for you, and the girls are always whispering about your ass as you walk by. Enjoy it while it lasts buddy, cause soon you'll be old.

Office Space |
I wanted to post this yesterday but totally forgot to do so but here it is today! A little over a week ago JC posted something about his work space and named his post "MY SPACE"! Today I'm posting the same thing but under a different name, "Office Space"! :P I can't believe, well actually I can, that my cubicle costs KD3,000 the equivalent of $10,000! Amazing isn't it! :)
I, for one, cannot work at a messy table so my "space" looks like this unless I am going through paperwork and have papers all over my desk keeping in mind that the paper work is always organized even while I'm working on them! |

My Work Day! |
Today was the typical pencil pushing, dictation filled, notes reading day at work! I sat down with a co-worker who, I hate to say it, was extremely slow! She has a college degree and all but doesn't understand anything related to what we are working on, nor does she know how to write a proper paper! I try to explain things to her and still she won't understand! I have to explain a sentence three times for her to finally get the point! I dictated my notes to her and she wanted to type them instead of hand write them! I didn't mind cause I wasn't doing anything but reading out the notes that I had! We were both supposed to write a paper regarding a website and it's history! Apparently I had 4 pages of historical data and she only had half a page so I had to fill her in on the data! The whole day went on that paper! We started at about 9:30ish and we finished at 1 or so! One special thing happened though! I had a visitor at work! During our break (10:30 to 11) "D" came by for a visit and we talked for about 20 minutes! It was soo good to see her and it was such a change in the daily routine! I don't mind routine but I'd love it if she dropped by like she did today! Seeing her face, her smile, the way she blushes brings a smile to my face! I can't wait to leave this desk and call "D" as I drive home to have something to eat!

My Feelings this Morning |
I woke up this morning and there was only one thing on my mind! That thing is actually a person and for now I will keep continuing to call her "D" until further notice! I usually have a 6AM wake up call but today I woke up a half hour earlier with a huge smile on my face and the mental picture of "D" in my mind! I can't stop thinking about "D" and suddenly 2 songs popped up in my head! Both songs are sung by Abdel Majeed Abdullah and if you would like to listen to the songs feel free to click on the following names:

Night Out and My Girl |
Tonight I met up with Rampurple, Jazz Central, Nibaq, "D," "N, and "F" at Casper and Gambini! I knew everyone except for Nibaq but when I got there he pointed out that we have a cousin between us! Small world isn't it! If you read my blog you'd know that "D" and I are going out! Unlike the get together the other night after "D" and I went out, I actually talked and had a conversation with m friends! What I wanna say though is "D" still got the attention she deserved!
After meeting up with friends JC, "D" and I went for a little walk before getting ice cream! After the ice cream JC was dropped off at his place and then I proceeded to drop "D" off at her place! While driving "D" home I wished we were being driven around so that I can enjoy more time with her! I can't stop looking at her and admiring the way she talks, smiles,... She blows me away with everything she does no matter how big or small the action is! When we arrived at her place I just wanted her to stay in the car and not leave! As soon as she left and got into her house I drove away! While driving away I felt that there was something missing in me and a tear came rolling down my cheek! I begin to miss "D" as soon as she is no longer in my sight! That might sound absurd but it's true!
Anyways, I just wanted to put this out there! I am officially going to bed now! |

Quiz Time People! |
You should be used to this by now! Here is another quiz that I answered and posted up! A few people asked me about where I find these quizes and the only thing I could say is that I get these quizes from different places and in order for you to find out where I got it from all you have to do is scroll down to the end of the quiz and you will find the link to the website I found the quiz at! ENJOY!
| You scored as Romanticist. Romanticism encourages society to look backwards to find our solutions. Your rationale is that things were much better a few hundred years ago so we should thus look back to those times and replace them in our modern society. You believe in a simple life and that the complexities of the modern world have turned it upside down.

Last Night |
If I had a wish I would wish for the rest of my days to be identical to my night out yesterday! I picked up my friend "D" at about 4PM and we drove to the beach, parked the car and had ourselves a picnic. Due to the weather here in Kuwait, it was too hot to sit outside on the grass and enjoy ourselves so we stayed in the car with the AC on and had fun! Once we finished eating we walked on the walkway that's along the beach and eventually found a place to sit and just look out onto the water and admire the view! I have to admit most of the time I was looking at "D"! I can't help it I just have to admire "D" at all times! It's hard to take my eyes off "D." We got up and began walking a little more then she asked what the time was and it was already 5:30! We rushed to the car cause we had movie reservations at 6:15 but I wanted to stop to get "D" some chocolate from Godiva! We managed to get the chocolate and arrived at the Layla Tower Theater before the movie started! (Shwaikh to Salmiya) I reserved the couch seat on the balcony! A couch-like seat for 2 that can fit 3 easily! "D" and I had fun watching the movie even though there was a good portion of it censored! Just being with one another was the most important part!
Once the movie was over we met up with a few friends and I kinda feel bad cause we walked in said hi but "D" and I kept to ourselves most of the time listening to music and stand up comedians off my iPod! A few hours later (I think we got there at like 9 and left at 11) I drove "D" home but she couldn't get into her house! Silly "D" forgot her keys! Luckily for me it gave me more time to spend with her until someone got home to open the door! I got to spend about another half an hour with "D" before I saw her walk in to her place and I drove off!
As I said in the beginning, I would love it if everyday was as fun filled and loving as last night! I love you "D"!

Black Art |
I wanted to post this last night but didn't get to it so here it is! About a month I was told to show up to an art exhibit that was going to happen! That exhibit's opening happened a few days ago on the 22nd. I couldn't go the first day nor could I go on the second day! I did read a review on the second day written by Tata_Botata and I was confused! You can read what he said about the exhibit by clicking on his name! It was weird to read how a person says that he "likes" the set up and the way it was done but turns around to criticize the work as if he was an expert! It takes some open-minded people to understand art and appreciate it! I guess people don't realize that! According to him, Mona should have kept her drawings in her sketch book! That just shows me how people here like to keep everyone in the dark and prefer to put people down and not want anyone to express themselves! If people don't do what Mona did and show off their work, people in our community wouldn't know that such artistic and unique pieces exist! People won't realize that art is not just paint on a canvas or sculptures! I actually encourage people like Mona to come out and show off their art and don't care about what people have to say unless they have "constructive criticism!" Other than that no one has the right to critique art unless they are accomplished artists!
Mona, you go girl! Your exhibit was great, thought provoking, inspiring to some and brought our society a new twist on Art! Keep up the GREAT work and I hope I get invited to your other exhibits in the future!

Took a quiz to see which Disney character I am linked to and my hunch was correct! I always thought that Goofy and I had something in common and now this kinda proves it!
| You scored as Goofy. Your alter ego is Goofy! You are fun and great to be around, and you are always willing to help others. You arn't worried about embarrassing yourself, so you are one who is more willing to try new things.

Did I find "her" ? |
Many people don't know this about me but I've never been in a relationship before! I think that statement can now be considered "history" since I found someone I'm really into! She's a wonderful young lady who I can't stop thinking about! I met her through a friend, "A," on the 22nd of April this year and we enjoyed a wonderful time that night. After that I invited her on a boat trip (28/4/2005), then I was invited to spend time with her an her cousins at the local "Theme Park" (30/4/2005), on the 6th of May we enjoyed an "eventful" day (in a good and weird way) at a local resort, and finally we went out alone for the first time on the 11th of May!
This young lady is on my mind at every moment in time and I must admit that I can't stop myself from not contacting her! Some people might see that as a weakness but I see it as maintaining communication between us and we both enjoy it! There is one issue with that though! That issue concerns me mainly, especially since her cousin says I have a 6th sense! This so-called 6th sense is attributed to the way I call people up or send them a text message just when they are beginning to think of me or when they want to get in contact with me! This happened a few times with "A," from above, and last night it happened with the young lady! So now she confirms my 6th sense! 0:-)
This morning I felt that I had to tell the world that I found someone I really like and in actuality I really love. I made her blush last night but unfortunately I couldn't see it with my own eyes, since we were sending messages to each other. We actually talked on the phone and the conversation was filled with laughter and love and it was sealed with a kiss before we both went to bed! I feel like the luckiest man in the world!
I love you D! :-* |

BLAH..... |
Yes.... that's the only thing that wants to come out for a title! After an exhausting day yesterday, I am very sleep deprived! The concept of being a college student is very appealing right now! You know, the idea of "I need more sleep, I think I'm not going to go to class today!" I miss those days!
Anyways, I have to admit despite being a LOOOOONG and tiring day I still had fund except when a friend "A" had to mess with a few things and I had to set those things straight! With that out of the way, Saturday is always eventful since it's the first day of the work week, I have a family lunch to go to as well as a family dinner to attend.
Last night though it was my brother's 27th b-day and so we wanted to surprise him! The whole day I didn't communicate or talk to him except when it came down to going to the dinner! I saw him there and we gave him his b-day cards as if it was an usual event! What he didn't realize is what was going to happen next! After leaving the dinner we stalled him in the parking lot until one of his surprises arrived. A stretch Humvee drove into the parking lot at my grand ma's house and he wasn't sure what was going on till his wife pushed him towards the door! When he opened the door the limo was filled with his friends and the screamed "SURPRISE!" He was quite surprised and left my brother and I in the parking lot with all his things! A few friends were meeting up at the restaurant in order to surprise my brother again because he didn't know where the humvee was taking him! I arrived at the same time the Humvee got there due to my other brother's friend making us late! Once we got there he, my brother, went from being down and tiered, to happy and wide awake! He sat in the middle with one group of friends on one side and another group on the other side of the same table!
I had a good time but I just hope that some people, not mentioning any names but "A", would stay out of the way and not steal my phone to write messages! :p~ It would be nice if you just read the messages that proved your point of me having a 6th sense and not having you send messages that confuse people and mess situations up! You should know this by now if you claim you read my blog, especially when I wrote about non-verbal communication!
Anyways... I think this is enough so I'm gonna go for now and if anything happens today that's worth talking about I'll add it on later tonight! God I need a pillow! |

Soul Mate Test |
It's been a few days since I posted a test and since I feel a whole lot of love going around I decided to take this one! The "Will You Spot Your Soul Mate Test" seemed to be a goos test for someone who feels loved! I kinda agree with the result because I do believe that there is someone for everyone and I also don't like planning for things far into the future! I like to live in the "now" and I have my spontaneous ways! Give me some feedback if you have any!
Dimming Light You scored 72% Awareness, 75% Eagerness, 68% Realization, and 65% Judgment! |
You tend to be more concerned with what is practical and, in turn, can be too consumed with today. Even though, it is good to live in the "now", you sometimes do not think of consequences or past mistakes in making decisions. However, you will recognize your true love when you meet them! Just do the right thing, and have faith in your heart. Don't let others' opinions about this person steer you away...When you know it's right, YOU will be right! |
|
My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:
|
You scored higher than 40% on Awareness |
|
You scored higher than 91% on Eagerness |
|
You scored higher than 16% on Realization |

You scored higher than 32% on Judgment |

MAY-ham |
From now on the month of May is going to be the month that I will dread but at the same time enjoy quite a bit! Why you ask? Well, I think May has the most celebrations that I have to deal with! I'm looking at 2 Anniversaries and 2 birthdays and I'm always caught in the middle of having to keep something surprise or help plan things! Don't get me wrong I enjoy doing those things but I must admit it gets tiring! That tiring feeling and also the feeling of exhaustion that comes before the event definitely goes away after the festivity starts and everyone's having fun! Seeing everyone go home happy makes me enjoy having to deal with these things and makes me look forward to them! What I'm trying to say is that I'm glad I'm done with May celebrations but I can't wait for May to come again! |

Boat Party |
I just came back from a boat party that was a lot of fun! The party was to celebrate a friend's birthday and he didn't know what was coming! The look on his face when he realized the scream from the yacht of "SURPRISE" was for him! He actually took one look at us then looked away and made a double take finally getting the picture and was amazed by the presence of his friends!
We left the marina at about 9:30PM and came back at about 2AM! We had a DJ who did a good job and we also had a friend who wanted to try being a DJ and he wasn't bad at all! The friend who wanted to try had a hard time matching beats and fading songs into one another but he had a great selection of songs that came from my CDs! I MUST TAKE CREDIT FOR THAT!
The funniest situation was when a friend of mine decided to tie my hair up and I was told I kinda resembled the baby from the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit!" You know the one with the cigar in his mouth, except I wasn't smoking tonight! For those who know me you can ask to see pictures that I uploaded onto my new toy! ;-) 60GB iPod Photo... it ROCKS!
Anyways... it's way past my bed time! Come back tomorrow for a new post! |

MORE TESTS |
Since I didn't post anything yesterday, I decided to post 2 tests today! The first test was the "Which Suit of Cards are You" and the other is the "Love Personality Test!" I decided to put them in this way because of the result of the Card Suit test! I figured since I was a "Heart" then something about "Love" should follow!
Hearts You scored 33 clubs, 12 diamonds, 66 hearts, and 36 spades! |
Caring and loving, you're Hearts! Being warm-hearted and supporting, you make good friends with almost everyone. People generally like you and enjoy spending time with you. Your relationship with your significant other is most likely ever-lasting. |
|
My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:
|
You scored higher than 86% on clubs |
|
You scored higher than 13% on diamonds |
|
You scored higher than 82% on hearts |
|
You scored higher than 4% on spades |
|
Cupid You Consider Love To Be 57% Idealistic, 85% Positive, and 71% Important. |
You are the Cupid! You see love as ultimately idealistic, positive, and vastly important. Like Cupid himself, you feel that love is one of the greatest things in life. You see love as something wonderful and ideal. For you, love may be something spiritual. You feel that love is something much more than a physical reaction. You also probably feel that sex without love is something very, very wrong. Not surprisingly, you see love as something very optimistic. While you realize negative consequences can come from it, you still feel that love's pleasures vastly outweigh any possible negative consequences. Clearly, you are of much the same attitude as the real Cupid. It's no wonder that you'd be found on a site called "OKCupid".
*
To sum up:
You think love is more IDEALISTIC, POSITIVE, and IMPORTANT than others.
Please note that your percentage scores for each variable (found at the top) are a much more accurate reflection of your love attitude than this category description, which is highly speculative.
*
The other categories:
Anti-Cupid
Jilted Cynic
Realist
Loving Realist
Cynical Idealist
Cynical Cupid
Idealist |

My test tracked 3 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

Work Issues! |
I just wanted to vent on some issues I have at work! The issues are as follows:
1) Improper attire 2) Work and Time Neglect 3) Co-worker Issues
Issue 1: Improper Attire
The attire here bothers me cause some people see it as being ok to be dressed down in jeans and a blouse/shirt/t-shirt or when an employee wears something unprofessional in general! The working environment here is extremely professional but on some people that professionalism doesn't show! OK, their attire might be trendy or cute for a night out but it's not to be worn at work!
Issue 2: Work and Time Neglect
I have noticed that when you send something to get copied, typed, or bound; that the people in charge take their sweet time not caring for deadlines and the people they are helping. Every time I have something that needs to be typed in Arabic I have to send it to the word processing department but it takes them forever to do anything even though they split the work up! I gave them an 18 page document that consisted of a table on each page with figures. I got the 18 pages back 3 days later! When I asked for the same documents on a CD, they gave it to me on a floppy disk and I was thinking that because the document that I gave them consisted of tables then the file would be in Excel format but to my surprise the file was in Word format! Come on people! Oh and yesterday morning I sent somethings to get photocopied and until now I haven't gotten anything!
When I first started working here I put in a request for a computer and printer and they told me I have to wait because they are ordering new equipment! I was happy that I was gonna get new stuff. To my dismay I received my computer yesterday, 3 months after starting work, and it was used. The only new part of the computer is the monitor, and I have yet to receive my printer! Kinda ticked me off to know that the new computer was given to someone else and I was given that person's old computer! I had to wait 3 months to get the person's computer while that person gets to use it until a new one arrives!
Issue 3: Co-worker Issues
I was doing well being alone in my section at work but I was glad to see someone being positioned close by! This gave me someone to talk to, but now I'm having second thoughts! Every time that co-worker comes to work I hear, "It's freezing!" or "It's soo hot!" The thing is that the people down in the control room who manage the AC get calls from the co-worker, sometimes in the same day, and that co-worker tells them to change the temperature of the thermostat! One day I left work sweating and so when I saw the co-worker online and I was home I told that worker that when I get to work the next day that I am going to tell the control room to turn down the temperature so I can get some cold air. The co-worker said ok! When I came to work I found out that the AC was turned off in our section based upon the request of the co-worker! We had a great day yesterday but then the worker comes to work today and complains that "It's freezing!" and then calls the control room and tells them to raise the temperature! Now I'm beginning to sweat! Another thing about that co-worker is that when that person is on the phone that person is extremely loud and disruptive. Also, when the worker's cell phone rings it's loud and obnoxious. For once I just wished that the worker would be considerate to those in the same working area!
This seems like the end of the work week confession period I guess! |

Quick Personality Test |
For those of you who read my blog, you would notice that I have a habit of posting test results. Well, today's test is another personality test! There are so many tests the rate your personality or tell you what your personality trait are but each tests ask you different questions! Anyways, here are the test results for the "Test De Jour!"
ESFP - The Performer Your Type is 100% Extroverted, 75% Observant, 18% Logical and 25% Structured |
Your type is called the performer, and you very much feel "all the world's a stage". Your type is part of a larger category called experiencers or artisans. Personality Tests that are on the Other Side of the Spectrum! |
Yesterday I posted up the results of a test that showed me which God I most resembled but today I went on the other side of the spectrum and answered two different tests! The first Test was to see which Muppet character I was closely related to and the second test showed which Super Hero I'm most likely to be!
Animal!! You scored 75 Mood and 71 Energy! |
No doubt about it: You are pure id, you pure animal. You are a ball of happy energy, and when you get going, nothing can stand in your way. Sometimes this energy can be intimidating to others, but it will take you far in life. |

Batman Congratulations! You scored a super 61%! |
Cool, calm and powerful. Whilst your actual super abilities may not be anything too dazzling, you have earnt the respect of both friends and enemies in response to your amazing fighting skills, strategic combat and experience. Luckily you have access to the greens which can fund all your majorly cool gadgets, vehicles and weapons! Also, you're reluctant but still accepting to the idea of having a teammate/side-kick, which just makes everything a whole lotta fun, doesn't it now! On the down side, you've probably suffered some sort of trauma at a young age (that's why we don't talk to the old man near the swings, kids). Similar to the Wolverine, your past is a base for your current motivation, undertaking some kind of personal vow in search of justice. All in all though, you're one tough nut. There's not a lot of people who have the minerals to go up against you, and you're experienced enough not to get cocky and let the little things like never finding happiness get you down! |

Random Test |
Just another random test that I found on Ok Cupid and thought it might be fun to take! This one is to see what traits I share with ancient God's and also to see which God I closely resemble according to specific traits set by the author of the test!
Thoth Indeed, you are 70% erudite, 62% sensual, 50% martial, and 33% saturnine. |
Thoth, the Egyptian God of secret wisdom, intellect, geometry and other forms of higher mathematics, was also the God of books and learning, of writing and numbers. And above all, he was the God of Magic. Indeed, he was the first and greatest of all magicians, said to create miracles from nothing by the mere vibrations of his voice alone.
Within his main temple were said to be stored his books of magic which were open for the edification of all, providing those absorbing this magic understood its sacred content. Over the centuries, these books were said to have been carefully translated by various priests of secret orders until finally, the Greeks compiled them as the works of Hermes Trismegistus.
One book most everyone is familiar with which is attributed to the mysteries of the God Thoth is the Tarot, considered to be an unbound book of symbols that may be read in an endless variety of sequences imitating the random nature of existence itself.
